MiniPAC

Bry-Air’s MiniPAC® dehumidifier is the ideal dehumidification solution for facilities in need of reliable humidity control or mould and mildew protection. The MiniPAC® can be installed as a stand-alone unit or attached to any central air conditioning system to enhance the system’s dehumidification capability. It is a small, yet powerful unit that combats the effects of moisture in up to 10,000 sq. ft.* and is ideal for a wide variety of applications.

Operating Principles

The moisture is adsorbed in the dehumidification sector by the desiccant rotor and is exhausted in the reactivation sector by a stream of hot air in a counter flow. Following the reactivation process, the adsorption sector is again ready to adsorb the moisture. Thus, the two processes of “moisture adsorption” and “reactivation” take place with separate airflows continuously and simultaneously. Positive sealing between chambers prevents mixing of the process and reactivation air stream.
